As the saying goes: time flies! Slivan Nay successfully completed his training as an EFZ chef in July.
As a TOP employer, we are proud of ‘our’ Silvan and congratulate him wholeheartedly on this milestone. In a few months, Silvan will start his military service and leave us for this reason.
We wish him all the best for the future and thank him for his commitment.
We are delighted to welcome Leandra Schiesser to our team. The Grisons native will start her training as a catering specialist at the beginning of August and we wish her a good start in the world of work.

Second Place at the Gastro Elite 2024
The Gastro Elite competition took place once again during OFFA 2024. Apprentice chefs from different regions compete to create outstanding variations from a given shopping basket. Nicolay Achermann, our 2nd-year apprentice chef, and his team, the ‘Gourmet-Böcken’, achieved 2nd place and thus another milestone in his career.

New Chapter at the Hotel Fidazerhof
Antonia Schärli, Roland Häfliger and the whole team are delighted that Martina and Jiri Tomis will continue to write the FidazerHof story as the tenant family from January 2024. These are great prospects for everyone, as Martina as hostess and Jiri as chef have helped to shape and support the development of the FidazerHof for more than ten years, and they are proud to continue this tradition.
